Exching is not responsible for any money transaction. You agree that Exching is not liable for any damage or loss of items purchased or sold using this web site.

By complying to the User Agreement, you are agreeing to not post, email or make available content:

• that is against the law, abusive, harmful, or invasive on another's privacy;
• that is pornographic;
• that is not descriminatory on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, age, disability, or ethnicity;
• that contains harmful or potentially harmful files or programs to the functionality of any computer software;
• any spam;

By complying to the User Agreement, you agree that you will not contact anyone for commercial purposes, such as advertising a business. You agree not to harrass anyone.

You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our database.

All photos and information on the Exching web site are property of Exching once saved or uploaded.

If you do not comply to the User Agreement, we reserve the right to terminate your account. Items, photos, and information from terminated accounts is irretrievable.
